Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within two business days. If I expect any delays in the delivery of your order, I will be in touch by email to let you know the expected delivery date.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
I will post orders by Royal Mail First Class, which delivers them in two to three working days, including Saturdays. For convenience, local orders within the North Down and Belfast area can be delivered by hand. Shipments to the rest of the world will also be delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as the order leaves my studio, I will be in touch with an estimated time of delivery. Unfortunately, there is no tracking service available for Royal Mail First Class but orders arrive usually within 2 – 3 business days.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Anja Oliver Printmaker is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
If you received your order damaged, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can help sort this problem. Please send me a picture of all packaging material and damaged goods.

International Shipping Policy

For orders to Europe, please pick the country of destination from the shipping menu. For all other orders, please get in touch for a shipping quote.
RETURN POLICY
I really hope you love your print or card, but if you are not happy with the item you received, you can of course return (or exchange) it. Simply send me an email at info@anjaoliver.com , stating the reason for your return and post the item back to me, well packaged to avoid damages. You will be liable for the return postage but on receipt of the goods, I will offer a full refund.
PAYMENT METHOD
I accept online payments with major debit and credit card companies and Paypal. My shop is run on a Wix website which comes with access to an SSL certificate. “SSL” stands for secure sockets layer, and it encrypts all visitor information. So, you can shop with confidence, knowing that your data is safe.
